Day 20: More Waxing...

Today back to waxing the floor. Its been 72 hours since the dining room was varnished, so moved all the stuff from the living room there. Was irritated to find that, in spite of the fact that the room had been closed off, the cat still found a way to get in and put muddy black footprints all over the bare wood! I am minded to taxidermise him for this...

Had to re sand all the footprints which took an hour. Then 2 coats of wax today. Good news is of the 9 total coats I needed to do (3x3 rooms) I only have 1 left! Tomorrow should be finished! Yay!
